How it works

Type how many adults and children you expect, and anyone else you feed, like the photographer or the band.

A child counts as the share of an adult portion that you set.

Amount = people × amount per person, plus the spare percent, rounded up.

If your caterer gives you a price per person, type it in to see the food total.
Questions
Why do some fields already have numbers?
So the tool works straight away. Each starting value is marked "Ask your caterer": it is only a place to start. Your caterer knows their own portion sizes, so ask them and type in their numbers.
Should I feed the vendors?
That is between you and each vendor. Ask them when you book. If you will feed them, add them in the "Others to feed" box.
What does the food cost?
We do not guess it here. Ask your caterer for a price per person for your menu and date, then type it in.
Is my list saved?
No. The numbers stay on this page in your browser. We do not save them and we do not send them anywhere. If you reload the page, they go back to the start.
