EventPlanly sets no cookies. There are no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and no scripts from other companies that could set them.

What we keep in your browser instead

So that you do not need an account, the planner saves your work in your browser's local storage. Local storage is a small space each website gets inside your browser. Unlike a cookie, it is not sent to our server with every page: it stays on your device, and only pages of this site, running in your browser, can read it.

  Your event plans: drafts, budgets, picks, timelines, notes, guest lists and RSVPs.

  Kept until you delete the plan or clear your browser's data.
• eventplanly:shortlist:v1
  The businesses you saved with the heart.

  Kept until you remove them or clear your browser's data.

These are needed for the planner and shortlist to work, which is what you came to use, so we do not ask for consent for them. Nothing in them is sent to us.

How to clear it

Delete a plan in My plans, or remove a saved business from your shortlist. To clear everything, use your browser's settings to clear site data for eventplanly.com. Once cleared, it cannot be recovered, as we hold no copy.

Other sites

Listings link to each business's own website. Those sites have their own cookie rules.

Changes

If we ever add a cookie, we will list it here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
