These terms apply when you use eventplanly.com. EventPlanly is run by [company name and number to confirm], Malta. By using the site you accept these terms.
What EventPlanly is
EventPlanly is a free tool that drafts an event plan and a rough budget for an event in Malta or Gozo, and lists real local businesses you might contact. It is a guide to help you plan. It is not a booking service or an agency.
Prices are rough guesses, not quotes
Every price on EventPlanly is a rough guess, worked out from prices that businesses in Malta publish, or that a business publishes on its own site on the date we read it. It is not a quote and not an offer. The real price depends on your date, your guests and what you ask for, and only the business can give it to you. Budgets in your plan are estimates to help you think, not a promise of what the event will cost.
We are not part of any booking
EventPlanly takes no bookings, takes no payments and sends no messages to businesses. When you contact a business, you deal with them directly, and any agreement is between you and them alone. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their work, prices, availability or conduct. Listing a business does not mean we recommend or guarantee it: always ask for a written quote and check the details yourself.
Listings can change
We read each business's own website on the date shown and write the listing from what it says. Businesses change their prices, services and details, so a listing can be out of date or wrong. We may change or remove any listing at any time. A business can ask us to update or remove its page through "Claim or update this page" or "Remove this listing" on that page.
Your plans
Your plans are stored only in your own browser. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot recover a plan that is lost when browser data is cleared. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- copy the listings in bulk or scrape the site,
- use the site or its forms to send spam, or to harass a business or anyone else,
- send us details that are false or that are not yours to share,
- claim a business you do not own or are not allowed to act for,
- try to break, overload or get round the security of the site.
Our liability
We work to keep the site correct and running, but we cannot promise it is complete, up to date or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a price guess, a listing or a plan, or from dealing with a listed business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Maltese consumer law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta deal with any dispute.
