How it works

Type how many guests drink alcohol, how many do not, and how long the drinks are served.

Drinks per guest = drinks in the first hour + drinks in each later hour × (hours − 1).

Each type of drink gets the share you set. The shares should add up to 100%.

Bottles = drinks of that type ÷ servings per bottle, rounded up.
- 5
Spare adds the percent you set on top, before rounding up.
Questions
Why do some fields already have numbers?
So the tool works straight away. Each starting value is marked "Ask your caterer": it is only a place to start, not a fact about your event. Change it to what your caterer or bar tells you.
How many glasses are in a bottle?
It depends on the size of the bottle and the size of the pour. Ask your caterer or bar how much they pour per glass, then type the servings per bottle they give you.
Do I count guests who do not drink alcohol?
Yes, in the second guest box. They are counted for soft drinks and water only.
Is my list saved?
No. The numbers stay on this page in your browser. We do not save them and we do not send them anywhere. If you reload the page, they go back to the start.
