Chef-patron Andrew Vella's restaurant on Triq it-Tgħam in Mellieħa, in a house over 200 years old, with two dining rooms and a central courtyard used for al fresco dining in summer. The cooking is modern Mediterranean using local produce, with à la carte and tasting menus. Private parties and special menus are arranged on request.
