About
Chef Jonathan Brincat's tasting-menu restaurant on Republic Street, awarded a Michelin star in the 2020 guide. The main dining room sits under a barrel-vaulted stone ceiling. Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings. Private dining menus are arranged by email. The menu notes they cannot cater for vegan requests; a vegetarian menu is available on request.
